Welcome to the ABO Study Studio! My name is Matt Rivera, I will be your  instructor. I have taught Optical Technology courses since 1995 at Palomar  College, Academy of Professional Careers, and Mt. San Jacinto College.  Many of my former students have gone on to become ABO certified Opticians and have successful careers in the optical field. In addition,  I developed the curriculum used by Southwestern Community College, and also course study materials used by Penn Foster’s Optician program. Having scored 100% on the ABO exam myself, I am acutely aware of the  exam content and capable of precisely teaching you all of the elements you need to know to achieve a passing score on the exam. It is my goal to help you achieve that. I look forward to getting  started along with you in this journey and helping you to reach your goal and progress in your career.
